Khashayar Teimoori, PhD
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Teimoori’s expertise includes microwave system design and optimization, multiphysics numerical modeling, finite element analysis, material characterization, fracture and crack propagation analysis, data-driven modeling, artificial intelligence applications, and energy efficiency analysis. He has extensive experience developing and evaluating both single-mode and multimode microwave systems for ore and mineral treatment, focusing on performance improvement, cost reduction, and sustainability in material processing operations.
He holds a Ph.D. in Mining and Materials Engineering from McGill University and an M.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from the City College of the City University of New York. His work has been recognized through multiple competitive fellowships and awards. He has also conducted postdoctoral research in microwave-assisted mineral processing in collaboration with leading Canadian institutions, including the University of Alberta, the University of British Columbia, and Queen’s University.
Dr. Teimoori actively collaborates with academic and industry partners, contributes to technical publications and conferences, and serves as a reviewer for high-impact engineering journals. His work is driven by the goal of delivering innovative, energy-efficient, and commercially viable solutions to modern mining and materials challenges.
